1. All group departures will operate based on the minimum number of guests booked per departure. In case a group departure does not meet the above requirement, Garhwal Ride will suggest a change of travel date to the guest, at the same cost. Alternatively, the guest can pay the supplement cost for the private transfers and proceed to travel on the same day.

2. As per Package transfers would be in shared vehicle by Bus, Tempo Travller & Cabs Mentioned in Itinerary.

9. As per itinerary all sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions &traffic conditions in the destination.

10. Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

11. As per itinerary all additional service like Entry fees, Performing Pooja, Horse, Poni, Porters, Helicopter Ride, Rope way will be on direct payment basis.

  • After finalizing the itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
  • Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Garhwal Ride & guest, no refund will be processed.
  • AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
  • Entrance fee, Horse, Poni, Porter, Helicopter, Ropeway, Parking and Guide charges are not included in the packages.
  • Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure provide the valid id proof at the time of booking. If passengers furnishing incorrect age details it may incur penalty at the time of travel.
  • Garhwal Ride reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • In case of road closure due to snow and slippery road conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to ply. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost.
  • During heavy rainfall or snowfall, vehicular movement may remain suspended for traffic. Depending on weather conditions, roads may get blocked anytime without any notice. As such circumstances are beyond our control, we won't be liable for any such conditions. We will do whatever we can in our capacity.
